FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, including the time spent on the shoot, editing, and any additional services like printing or travel. I offer package deals for events and long-term collaborations, as well as discounts for non-profit organizations. It's important to discuss all aspects of the project upfront so I can provide a clear and comprehensive quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start with an initial consultation to understand their needs, preferences, and goals for the project. We discuss the scope, timeline, and any specific requirements they have. I then create a detailed plan and share it with the customer for approval. On the day of the shoot, I ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. After the shoot, I provide a timeline for when they can expect the edited photos and stay in touch throughout the editing process to ensure they're satisfied with the final results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I minored in graphic design in university, which included coursework in photography. Additionally, I've attended various workshops and seminars focused on advanced photography techniques, lighting, and editing. Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technology in photography are essential parts of my professional development.
