What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard flat rates at 9% management fees or 7% if additional services are picked up. We can go to 8% management fees, or 6% with additional services for some higher priced rentals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit the property and establish any repair or upgrades needed. Talk to the owner and establish what they would be willing to do to upgrade their property, and establish a realistic rental range for the property with the owner. Market the property, lease it out, and put money in your pocket.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree, a Real Estate Sales license which is required for PM in Ohio, and am an investor myself.
