Hello Sara, this means a lot to all of us and everyone who was involved in this unfortunate situation! Thank you for taking the time to write all of that out!! Jason filled me in on what was going on, but reading your side of it really drives home how stressful that situation had to be, especially coming off a hospital stay and then having to deal with a dead rodent smell in your kitchen. Very sorry the timing worked out like that! I’m really proud of how Jason, Lisa, Keen, and everyone involved handled it, showing up on a Monday after a late Sunday call, doing the full sweep of the house, then crawling around the cellar and tearing out insulation until they actually found the source. That’s exactly the kind of “we’re not leaving until we solve it” mindset we push for on our maintenance team at True Home Ohio Property Management!
