- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is percentage-based, determined by the home sale. If additional services are requested, such as moving or staging services, these prices may be billed at a flat rate. All service fees will be deducted at closing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer typically reaches out to discuss the services that I can provide to sell their property. After an initial consultation, the customer will need to sign paperwork designated me as the agent for their property sale. Once this initial paperwork is completed, the property will be marketed and buyer inquiries/offers will be presented by me to the seller. Time to close is determined by the Purchase Contract, and can be affected by home inspections, appraisals, financing, etc. Additional services are offered by me to help with the home sale and transition, including moving and home staging services.
