I handle each client just as I would a close friend or family member. If someone is looking for a particular neighborhood I will door knock or call around that area to find a seller. Likewise if I have a house listed I will call around the neighborhood to see if anyone knows of someone looking to move into that area. Many Realtors will list it in the MLS, put a sign in the yard and wait for a buyer. I do the extra step, by proactively looking for a buyer or seller.
I enjoy meeting new people and helping them with the largest transactions of their lives.
