- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can expect to meet with an expert with at least 10 years of experience in exterior project management. No rookies here. We will meet you where you're at, whether that's at your home, on the phone, or on a video call. We look at each project through the lens of a customer. What would I do at my home? And we are experts at solving problems. No pressure, no fluff, just a fair, honest assessment, and simple, clear communication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my 15 years in exterior remodeling, I've personally produced over $50 million in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and paint. This is not a hobby for us, it's our passion. Owens Corning Preferred Status, Lead Paint Certification, OSHA 510 Certified, as well as being a licensed and Insured General Contractor, are just a few feathers in my cap.
