I had 3 new computers and 1 computer that I had repaired per the warranty. I had purchased AVG Ultimate and had been trying to get it installed for over a year. I had remote accessed per AVG staff for 8 hours last year and they were not able to install. I had become frustrated and very close to the point of just giving up, but decided to call AVG one more time. However, they were still not able to install. Ray came out the same day that he gave me his quote. He successfully installed AVG on all 3 new computers and showed me how to install on the 4th computer. He also installed my printer software and linked the printer to all 4 computers. He was patient and taught me what he was doing as he went through each step. He even took the time to block the remote access on my computers and explained that this was very dangerous to give anyone remote access because they could have access to my private information even when I thought the remote access was over. More importantly, he does A+ quality work, was very professional, and his price was well below the competition!!! I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for future computer needs.
