- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Lawn Sprinkler Pricing Made Simple Our pricing is based on the number of zones in your sprinkler system. We offer a flat rate for systems with 1 to 6 zones. If your system has more than 6 zones, there’s a small additional cost per extra zone. You can find our current pricing plans on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy Scheduling—Here’s How It Works We make scheduling simple! Just provide your contact information, the number of sprinkler zones in your system, and let us know a convenient time for service. Please note: Spring and fall are our busiest seasons. If we miss your call, don’t worry—leave us a message and we’ll return it in the order it was received, usually within the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Commitment to Technician Training At TriState Water Works, we take technician training seriously. Most of our second-year technicians are certified through the Irrigation Association, earning the title of Certified Irrigation Technician. We make the most of our off-season, too—on average, each technician receives over 150 hours of training every year. Our in-house training program includes classroom-style technical learning, written tests based on study materials, and hands-on field evaluations. Our training path is structured as follows: Year One: Apprentice Levels 1, 2, and 3 Year Two: Irrigation Specialist Levels 1, 2, and 3 Advanced Levels: Technical Specialist Levels 1, 2, and 3 This structured approach ensures our team is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and ready to deliver top-tier service to every customer.
