- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $100 for TV mountings that are 55" or smaller. It is $150 for TV mountings 56"-90" and $250 for TV mountings that are larger than 91". Wire concealment is available for an extra $50. Our smart home setups start at $80.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your technology needs, answering any initial questions, and determining the best solution for your situation. Once we understand the project, we'll provide pricing and schedule a convenient appointment. During your appointment, our technicians complete the installation or service, test everything to ensure it's working properly, and walk you through using your technology. We also welcome questions and provide recommendations to help you get the most out of your devices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings a combination of formal education in Information Technology and Communications, along with years of hands-on experience in technical support, networking, audiovisual systems, and technology installation. Our experience includes residential technology support, professional AV installations, computer troubleshooting, wireless networking, and working with a wide variety of consumer electronics. We combine technical knowledge with clear communication to make technology easier for our customers to understand and use.
