⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Exactly What We Needed, Right on Time Voda Cleaning and Restoration absolutely came through for us at a critical moment. I woke up Christmas Eve to my wife feeling physically sick from lingering pet stains and urine odor throughout the house. To make matters more stressful, we were hosting family the very next day. This was not a situation where we could gamble on delays, upsells, or mediocre work—we needed it done right and immediately. I jumped on Thumbtack, sent out an SOS to several vendors, and within 7 minutes Voda responded. In one single message, they: Confirmed they could handle the job based on my description Gave me an all-in price No back-and-forth No haggling No upsells That alone set them apart. But the real test was execution—and they exceeded expectations. Our carpet is less than a year old, so expectations were high. They cleaned: Bonus rooms (which often count as two rooms) Basement areas Two staircases Multiple pet stain areas ✅ Pet stains removed ✅ Urine smell completely gone ✅ Carpet looks clean, restored, and fresh The total cost was under $300, which was extremely fair for the amount of work done. They told us they’d arrive at 11:00 AM — they showed up at 10:55 AM. Three technicians arrived initially, then they called in backup and brought two more techs to make sure the job was done fast and right. They were in and out in about 50 minutes. Thanks to them, our home was fresh, comfortable, and ready to host Christmas without stress. On a personal note: they’re now officially our go-to team for carpetcleaning—both for our primary residence and rental properties. Reliable, professional, efficient, and fair. Highly recommend.
