- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have new clients fill out a client intake form, which details what they're looking for in terms of yoga practice growth, pain management, relaxation, etc. We schedule a time and place (client's home, a park of their choice, etc.) to meet and I'll prepare a session to suit your needs. After the first session, I gather feedback to continue fine-tuning the sessions to the client's needs and may offer suggestions for things to work on at home to continue our work. Rescheduling is up to the client, as is the frequency. Most of the consultation is done over the phone. Many yoga professionals use the first meeting to go over everything with clients, but I go over it with you on the phone so I can start to build a plan for our first session. That way, you get something you can start working on right away while I still get all the information I need to understand your yoga goals.
