FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. A service/diagnostic fee applies for repair visits and is credited toward the cost of the repair if approved. Before any work begins, we explain the issue and provide options so you can make an informed decision. Emergency and after-hours service may include additional fees due to priority response, but we always communicate that in advance. Our goal is transparency, fair pricing, and quality work that lasts — not temporary fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we gather details about the issue to determine urgency. For active leaks or emergencies, we prioritize immediate response. Once onsite, we diagnose the problem thoroughly and explain the repair options and pricing upfront. After approval, we complete the repair efficiently and clean the work area before leaving. Our goal is clear communication and reliable workmanship from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over four decades of hands-on construction and residential system experience, I’ve worked extensively with plumbing systems in new builds, remodels, and service repairs. This long-term field experience allows for accurate diagnosis, proper installation, and durable repairs that meet current standards.
