We had a good experience with Demetrius. They asked a series of questions and determined we had a raccoon invading our roof. They set a trap and sure enough, they caught one. Once they removed the raccoon, they also added a one way door for an extended period to ensure that the area was clear of all rodents. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are quick to respond, very thorough in their assessment of my rodent situation, and very fair on pricing. You’ll save time and money with Demetrius. I called first because rodents had over taken my building and we couldn’t figure out why and from where they were coming. Demetrius quickly identified the entry points, and strategically laid traps. Demetrious did a Superb job with our issue! He was very responsive and prompt, as well as reassuring. He investigated and was able to locate the access points and path of the raccoon right away. Due to the fact we have a roofing job scheduled this needed immediate attention. Otherwise, we might have had to reschedule the roofing job because of the raccoons, in no way could that happen due to the roofs severity. So I am gracious to have come across Demetrious and would not hesitate to recommend him or even utilize his service again.
