Brandon was very communicative when I reached out to him and provided me with a much better, more flexible installation experience for my fridge than the original installers with the delivery. He gathered the information he needed, was very upfront about pricing, showed up on time at my house same day, and got the job done professionally. He also educated me on the hookup process so I feel more empowered taking care of my house. If you’ve bought an appliance and had issues getting it actually set up in your house with the mainstream hardware stores, I can highly recommend Brandon based on my experience.

Not only did Mr. Freight properly install the washer machine waterlines, but he also made sure I could dry my laundry by replacing the 3-prong cable on the dryer. He is very professional and cares about his customers. Thanks again!

Highly, highly recommend working with Scott Freight LLC. Brandon did a wonderful job, even when we had a small hiccup with timing he was professional and very prompt with communication and rescheduling. He did very quick and excellent work taking out our old dishwasher and installing the new one, he was even able to pick up the new one and haul away the old one so we did not have to worry about that. He also stands behind his work and let us know he would come back out if there were any problems (which there are not). You can't go wrong working with this company!
