I may not be the best at everything, but I can do pretty much everything good enough to excellent, depending on how you want it done. No shoddy work here, but sometimes you don't want to teardown and rebuild, just a quick efficient repair that will still hold the test of time using advanced material, and creative solutions. I have been rehabbing properties since 2000. Nothing I can't fix or remodel in or on a house, basement waterproofing, flooring, painting, (small) electrical and plumbing repairs, to roofing. I don't do whole roofs anymore, but I know a reliable affordable licensed roofer if you need one. No drugs or stimulants. Cash only, for small projects that don't require a license. If you have a bigger project, such as rotten wood epoxy repair for windows, doors and other, I can get licensed and insured in your city. I also epoxy garage floors, pressure wash houses, driveways or whatever else that needs pressure washing. Stain and seal driveways and pathways. Resurface parking lots and stripe parking spaces, install and repair wooden fences that will stand 25-50 or more years. I have IT background, but as you can tell, I can't sit behind the keyboard for too long:) I worked for Marjet communications running and terminating network (cat6 and fiber) cables, installed big screen TVs and server racks. I also fix appliances, residential and commercial. I worked for Mr appliance, Total appliance and had my own appliance repair service. You are welcome to call them and verify. Please only 10+ years old appliances, new ones mosly require tech support from manufacturer because of all the electronics built in. I hold EPA refrigeration certification, so yes I can replace a fridge compressor and/or evaporator. Residential A/C work ok. I do NOT recharge freon without repair.
