- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When talking with a new customer, we gather the most information possible regarding their particular concerns regarding their carpet. Are there pet accidents involved? Do children spend time in the home? Does anyone have sensitivities such as asthma or allergies? Also we describe in detail how the process works and the benefits of using our Green Certified products that are not only safe for them but also safe for the environment. Are there spots or stains they are concerned about from heavy traffic or spills?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chem-Dry professionals are required to attend yearly training seminars as well as our online university training that keeps us current on the best carpet cleaning practices and products.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It is difficult to provide ONE project that we are fond of. We are in many homes each week and each one is a positive experience helping to make that homeowner feel good about their home again knowing their carpets are clean and fresh.
