• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I have a standard pricing list and jobs are not priced any different than my price list.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I go out look at the job and price the job based off the work that is gonna be needed. I have a price list that I go by.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I'm taking classes to keep up on health based cleans.These cleans are what the hospitals require.Certified core 4 cleaner. Mandatory by OSHA.
