- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to Connecticut Culinary Institute, now called Lincoln Culinary, in Hartford, CT., For professional baking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love art, and I love baking so I put 2 and 2 together!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Birthdays are the most common, I do anywhere from the basic sheet cake, to rounds and squares to specialty shaped cakes.
