- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, Kitchen Academic provides you a 'menu theme,' and that theme can range from box lunches, to multi-entree dinner buffets. Within that theme, you have multiple options to create a meal best suited to your tastes or that of your guests. Kitchen Academic also offers separate pricing for multiple types of beverage service with the same theme, as well as linen, china and disposable utensil services as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to setup an initial consultation with a client to discuss both the broad and finer details of their event. Afterwards, after finding mutual agreement, the process moves to preparation and execution of the event. After the execution of the event, I typically try to reconnect with the client for some follow-up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute. I am a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP). I'm also ServSafe certified and certified with the Ohio Department of Health.
