Introduction: My name is Laronda Johnson. I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College and Kent State University. I have been working in the food and beverage industry for over ten years. Throughout those years I have worked in various environments such as amusement parks, bar and grills, baseball stadiums, fine dining, correctional facilities, privately owned companies, and other various sporting events including Nascar. I am skilled in catering events of up to 20,000 people. We offer healthy options and teaching classes for those that want to learn how to prepare dishes for their friends and family. During the classes you will learn how to pick ingredients, prepare, cook, and present a beautiful four-course meal. Discuss your preferences, dietary concerns & menu options during an initial consultation. Specializing in American and French Cuisine, I have experience cooking a wide variety of cuisines such as Mexican, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Asian. Everyone knows that most people come to an event to support and help you celebrate varies milestones in our life but the second most important thing they come for is the food. I want to make sure that you and your guest are pleased. I love meeting new people and having fun with friends creating delicious food and teaching new kitchen skills as well.
