Nelson is a fantastic guy.
Extremely polite - didn't even laugh at my off color jokes.
Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained it along the way and really helped us to understand what happened. I'm not a computer person - great cook, but not computers.
Nelson listened to my Fiancé tell him the problem. History of what happened and in 30 min. he had 3 computers running and was able to find a backdoor into something that was really complicated otherwise. Microsoft
BitLocker can be a nightmare if you are using another persons computer that is no longer here to guide you or tell you where the passwords are.
Nelson's communication was great, he was actually waiting for us when we arrived and has a friendly and professional disposition. 5 and would hire him again in a second.
Also I found him to be very fair with the pricing! I don't have photos because the job is fixed!
