Nelson delivers very professional and energetic solution. With some basic questioning, he was able to develop troubleshooting and actions that got us back up and running. His post visit follow up and answering our additional questions was very helpful. Highly recommended and a great value

Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and was honest able the condition of my old computer and printer. It was on deaths door. He came back after I purchased my new computer and printer. Set everything up and took his time for questions. I would hire him over and over. Very friendly and kind

Nelson is a fantastic guy.
Extremely polite - didn't even laugh at my off color jokes.
Knew exactly what he was doing. Explained it along the way and really helped us to understand what happened. I'm not a computer person - great cook, but not computers.
Nelson listened to my Fiancé tell him the problem. History of what happened and in 30 min. he had 3 computers running and was able to find a backdoor into something that was really complicated otherwise. Microsoft
BitLocker can be a nightmare if you are using another persons computer that is no longer here to guide you or tell you where the passwords are.
Nelson's communication was great, he was actually waiting for us when we arrived and has a friendly and professional disposition. 5 and would hire him again in a second.
Also I found him to be very fair with the pricing! I don't have photos because the job is fixed!
Thanks Nelson. All the best to you Nelson.
