I reached out to Nelson via Thumbtack to assist my dad with his home internet set up and connectivity to his devices. Nelson responded immediately with dates and times he was available. He arrived to my father's home, checked all his devices, Wi-Fi boosters etc... He synced everything, connected my dad's computer to the right network and explained everything to my dad ensuring he understood. My dad was extremely happy and impressed with Nelson's knowledge and professionalism. Nelson followed up with me after the appointment with recommendations for printers and provided me the information for the network. I would highly recommend Nelson.
