- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hourly rates for general handyman work and specialty work. On larger projects I quote a firm, all inclusive price so there's never any surprises during a project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its really quite simple, we meet to understand the issues and preferences the client has, I'll offer ideas, both functional and aesthetic. I'm a big believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it", so I offer as many ways to save as well as spend money on home improvement projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this type of work personally and professionally for nearly 40 years. Specialized manufacturer training on various products and methods. My biggest benefit is my diverse background that has had me in such a wide range of environments I've become extremely resourceful with materials, applications and supply chain/fabrication possibilities.
