I purchased a home and lifting the wooden door by hand was creating some physical challenges. I had considered purchasing a new door but the Dr came by and informed me that the muscles & mechanics were bad. He rebuilt the mechanics of the door and the door worked like new!!! Lifting a 700lb door with bad parts is extremely difficult but now I can lift the door manually with little effort and best of all I can just hit the button and the opener does the work for me. The Dr (PHD) came & healed the patient! Thank you sir 💙
