We needed a 240v/50amp electrical line ran from our box to our kitchen for an electric range (I could be wrong, I’m not an electrician). Better plug for better stove, essentially. Bill gave me a same day, free estimate at very reasonable price and promised to complete the job the next day. He requested I pick up a plug and chord from hardware store to prepare for the job, which I did. He purchased the wiring. He communicated with me throughout the next day until he was able to arrive at my house. He advised me that the wire cost more than originally planned before he started working, which I appreciated. He went straight to work. He worked as quietly as he could. Incredibly efficient. He left the work areas spotless. Truly a top notch experience. He even had us test the stove while he was here to make sure everything worked. I recommend Bill to everyone and plan to use him for future electrical work.

Our electrician Bill was very knowledgeable, courteous, and worked quickly. He swapped the light fixtures in our whole ranch inside and out. As he was leaving, he noticed we were still using regular light bulbs on our track lighting, and that we could save energy by switching to LED. He happens to have spare LED bulbs in his truck. Brad then proceeded to change all the track light bulbs without extra charge. We are happy with the service and would recommend Assurance Factor Electric. "Bill is THE EXPERT!!! He provides exceptional work and service in everything he does!!! We have now had him do alot of work on our old house and every time he exceeds our expectations!! Our first job with I called him on the first and he was out to review the big project. He squeezed us into his busy schedule and had us cooled off in no time! Since then we have had him fix all kinds of odds and ends old house issues we had ignored and accumulated for years, gave us new dedicated plugs for everywhere, added indoor/outdoor lights/fans and switches throughout the house and put in a beautiful new panel. Our house is old and tried to throw him alot of wrenches, no problem for Bill. He has decades of experience and amazing patience that guides him through whatever surprises your house may try to toss his way. Bill’s work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection! I have never worked with a electrician that had better communication or pride in his work!! Thanks Bill and the crew of Assurance Factor Electric, we love what you have done for our home!!"

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 + years under my belt as a journeyman electrician through this IBEW. I have passed the journeyman electrician exam. I've also I have 30 hours of OSHA 30, HVAC training , and various other electrical courses. I also have three technicians who work for me. Two of them went through journeyman electricians training also.
