Introduction: I started as a gymnast at the age of four.
That lead me to becoming a certified gymnastics instructor and further studying sports medicine including training, injury prevention and/or rehabilitation.
I then started personal training and was certified. I also offer Muay Thai kickboxing and nutritional plans with any PT sessions.
