- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm Your Girl- pricing is competitive. I like to keep lines of communication open for negotiation. Considering all factors from starting to completion. Including materials cost, pick up and delivery and/or labor. Of course, unforeseen circumstances will require a conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with new customer.1)Safety.2) To understand in totality of what their specifics are. 3)Time Factors.4) Budget 5) Children, Seniors & Pets Any materials that may give them a reaction. 6) Materials (responsibility) unless otherwise discussed {e.g. included in price, pick/delivery of materials}
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training came under a Master Carpenter/Tradesman in the Trades. I started as an apprentice and within 5 years I was a Journeymen Carpenter/ Tradeswoman in multiple fields of the trades excluding HVAC and Electrical.
