"My husband and I have used J&J for two big interior projects. We had custom wainscoting installed and painted in a large area. The work far exceeded our expectations and we were so thrilled that it encouraged us to use Justin's talented carpentry on a major renovation of our living room. This included fabrication and installation of a coffered ceiling, built in floor to ceiling book case, and transformation of existing tv cabinet into functional dry bar. Probably one of the best things about working with Justin is the vision he has for a project. In both projects, we had an idea of what we wanted, but no designs available or specific thoughts how to make it work. This was probably for the best, because the design that he came up with, the way he made things work truly speak to his talent as a carpenter. We could not be happier with any aspect of his work. From start to finish: 1. He was prompt in meeting with us and getting a fair quote 2. Started the project when stated 3. We both felt very comfortable having him and his partner in our home 4. Clean! We've never experienced anyone so considerate both during and after work. They treated our home like it was their own 5. The thing that really sold us was his attention to detail and perfection. He cared how things would look just as much as we did. We threw a couple of new ideas at him during the construction and he was more than welcome to the ideas and made them work. We are so happy with everything, we have plans to use J&J for a number of projects that previously we probably wouldn't have even bothered with. If you are looking for professional but approachable work, you really can't go wrong with J&J. We recommend them as highly as possible. We feel so lucky to have found "our guy"."

"I recently had a new driveway, sidewalk and 10' x 20' pad behind my garage installed by Safe Guard Renovations. Dave Rogers, the owner of the company is a young ambitious professional. I was skeptical at first because he had only been in business for five years but there is no doubt that he had been exposed to this trade for many years prior. Dave employ's true tradesman, his main concern was to make me happy as the customer. The tear out, install and finish was done in three days. I couldn't be happier. I had some concerns and questions after the job was done and paid for, so I texted Dave and within five minutes he called me back. All is good. I would like to make mention of some of his guys as I said he has some extremely skilled tradesmen working for him. Mike, who was the senior of them all would spend time with me while I was micromanaging the project (getting in their way) and reassure me that the guys that were on the job know exactly what they're doing. Shane, is there master plumber who will repair, relocate and tie in all your drains and who also has an extensive back ground in the cement trades. Som, this man is a bull and will take charge of the cement pour and finishing, complete professional. There are many others but just can’t remember their names. Bottom line, I would recommend Safe Guard Renovations for your cement needs."

"Rod was chosen from five bidders, all of whom were close in their estimates. Unlike the others, he initially mentioned renovation options ( both interior and exterior ) that had not been considered in the planning. No one else "thought outside the box". This was a complete renovation of a house to prepare it for sale: new flooring throughout, new padding and carpeting throughout, much repair work of damaged wood and walls, a wood-burning fireplace rehab; installation of new vanities, sinks, mirrors, med. cabinets and accessories, 5 new ceiling fans, power washing, painting shutters and repair and painting of storage shed, caulking around foundation, installation of all new interior and exterior doors. You can see that the job was all-encompassing and Rod was up to the task and did some unique repairs along the way. The only two detours included four dead electrical outlets that still need to be repaired by an electrician and the time frame ran more than 3 and 1/2 months. If you are willing to be patient, Rod will do a bang-up job for you. He would text pictures of items for my approval before he would make a purchase. He provided me with a receipt for everything that was required for the job. This was an $11,000+ investment, but the new owner is not going to have any headaches once they move in. I hope to hire Rod again for work at my own residence and would comfortably make a referral to anyone in need of his services."
