Delvonta was wonderful! He was very professional, while at the same time made it feel like we were all old friends catching up. He asked how we wanted things to look instead of just assembling our items, and they all look great! We also found out that what we will need done later in the year he will be able to handle. We will definitely be reaching out to Delvonta again!!

Delvonta was extremely responsive and flexible with timing, as I had a delivery of some furniture to be assembled which got delayed, and caused our set appointment to be postponed. As it turned out the piece was damaged during the shipping process and was not delivered at all. While I can’t speak to service, his communication, flexibility and understanding of the situation did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated.

Delvonta was a real professional and made certain every piece of our playset was mounted perfectly- reworking things that didn't quite fit until they did. He was even patient with my kids wanting to be out next to him and asking him 1.5 million questions

In working with a new customer, I ask what their views on the build or assembly are and complete it based on their wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to gazebos, I work as a contractor with backyard discovery (also installing all of their other assemblies), so I'm familiar with all things gazebos. As for contracting I am an electrical designer/installer by trade, drywall finisher, painter, and furniture installer for indoor and outdoor assemblies
