I had a very old deck with rotting joists, it took me a long time as I was shopping around for quotes to find someone who could repair it within my budget. I was very lucky to find Dmitry, who went above and beyond to achieve a high quality long lasting result while keeping the cost of the work and materials to a minimum. He replaced some of the joists, strengthened others, applied a solution to prevent any future rotting, replaced the floor, waterproofed it, replaced perimeter boards, and even added extra drainage to make sure the water drains fast. Throughout the work new issues kept getting uncovered (as is the case with old houses), Dmitry handled all of them, and made sure we’re on the same page every step of the way. After the project was done he kept in touch, checking in to make sure there are no issues after heavy rains, etc. Never met anyone with more diligence and professionalism than Dmitry, someone who cares this much about the work they do. Will absolutely be hiring him again for future projects, cause I know my house is in good hands 👍

Dimitry with Black Diamond did a fantastic job repairing and repointing our brick porch at a very reasonable cost. He power washed the steps, cut out the bad joints with a grinder, and re-mortared them. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future.
