Azel let me know he was going to be a few minutes late. He completed a job in a couple of hours that would have taken me days. Azel came prepared and fully understood what I needed done. I will use his company again for any new projects around my house. He did an awesome job.

I was terribly disappointed with this contractor and then I spent over twenty minutes debating with him about the job. I wanted molding installed in a 10x 15 bedroom and based on the hourly charge on Thumbtack, $70.00, I indicated I was hoping the job would not exceed $250.00. I did not get a response to this so believed this amount was reasonable for the job.
The contractor changed the time from between 12pm-2pm. I asked for the revised ETA and was told he had vehicle issues. I was now looking for another contractor because of my time frame to get the work done. He finally showed up. He did purchase the material needed. I stayed out of his way as his way. I waited downstairs for him to finish. I expected a professional job with the corners beveled to join smoothly. I expected this to be a norm for installing the molding. I was devastated when I saw his work. See the pics!!!
Then he argued intensely with me saying the job I expected him to do would have cost me a lot more!!! Really? To do a professional job would cost me more. I asked why didn’t he communicate that to me and was told because I told him how much I was going to pay!! Help me please. I do not recommend nor will ever use him again! Thumbtack he’s bad for your reputation!!!!

The job was a bathroom expansion from a half bathroom breaking down a wall and putting in a full bathroom.Consultation started off okay, got a fair quote. They didn't start working till over a month later. Everything was confusing to them from the start. They're very disorganized. They said it would be done in two or three days, it took them six or seven days over 2 months.
They put a hole in my ceiling 5 ft above from where I was sitting because they couldn't find where the pipes were. The rubble from the ceiling almost fell on my head. They hooked the cold water up to the hot water. They did this twice and I were surprised when I wanted it done properly. Another reviewer commented on the same thing. The flooring was done improperly, they had to do it over. The carpentry was a nightmare, it looked like a fourth grader did it. I'm going to have to redo that. They use caulking on the ceiling and the walls instead of spackle. What they did spackle, was all bumpy and they didn't sand it down. Sink trap was leaking after they left. I brought it to their attention and assumed they fixed it and they said they did it. It was still leaking, and it was just a tightening of a nut, it was the easiest fix and they couldn't figure it out. I hired them before the last three or four one-star reviews were posted or else they never would have hired them. They left the workspace and anywhere near the workspace strewn with litter garbage scrap wood etc. Too many problems to describe here. "Pro"was very argumentative when I wanted some kind of compensation, and thumbtack was of no help whatsoever. The guarantee didn't apply for some technical reason. I will never use Thumbtack again.

Please do not use Bolden’s legacy. He came out to my house to install a replacement sink. I first noticed that he was a great guy who seemed fair and honest. Then, he started working on the sink. He had every problem possible, as if he had never installed one. A quick one-hour job turned into a 4-hour job that came at the cost of my pockets.
Once he left, the sink still leaked, and I had to call him back. He tried to change it a second time for work he didn't complete. Even after coming out that second time, the sink continued to leak. Unfortunately, I had to call another plumber to do the job. I ended up paying double
-I had to purchase a second sink due to damages he made.
-he hooked the hot to the cold line
-left my kitchen a complete mess. Residue from the saw everywhere
-tried to charge me a totally different price than what was quoted through the app. Most people would have been beaten by a contractor pulling a move like that.
