We called Danny's Garage to get an estimate on a new garagedoor as ours did not shut solid on bottom This was our fifth estimate!!! Jacob who works for Danny explained to us how to fix the situation as a new door would not fix it totally... he adjusted our door and saved a good few thousand dollars!! Thank you Jacob for your professionalism, dependability and most of all your honesty (out of five company's, these guys were the only honest ones) When we do get a new; you guys are it!! I don’t typically write reviews but overall I had a great experience with the company. I was able to work with two of their team members (Chad & Cody) Chad was who I met initially, after spending sometime on my garage due to its age he was unable to replace my bottom seal with the material I had. However he promptly informed me of the issue and offered to come back the following day at no extra charge to Install a universal one. Cody returned the following day during the time frame and fixed put on the universal piece and exceeded my expectations. He went over everything with me and even showed me how to reset my garagedoor code as we recently bought our home and didn’t have it. I’d highly recommend this company 10/10!

Danny did a great job. He was professional, showed up when he said he would, and took the time to explain what was going on with my garagedoor instead of rushing through the repair. Everything was fixed correctly, and the door is working smoothly again.
I also appreciated that he was upfront about the cost and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find someone who’s honest, does quality work, and charges a fair price. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing garagedoor service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is very simple, I charge for the materials which I have to use in order to assist you, and add the labor on top of that. If no work was done I charge a minimum fee of 25$ per consult.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is as follows, I make sure I have the best description possible of the requested service. Once I have the information I need I am able to determine the expected time necessary for the work. I check my storage on a daily basis and always prepared for most types of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before moving to Cleveland I have worked as a handyman for three years. I took some advanced classes.
