Very nice person, but literally the worst appliance repair person ever completely took my oven apart only to then tell me he couldn’t fix it. Now my oven door has a squeak that does not go away, and it would not fully close. He still had the nerve to charge me the entire service fee,even though he made my oven worse than when he came. One of the first question I asked this guy was have you ever worked on an oven like this? He was so certain and said yes. Worst decision I’ve ever made was to have this person come to my home. I try my best to support black businesses, but this shit makes you want to think twice.
