- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my pricing, I base all my prices off a scale commonly used by many contractors. I do offer discount to return customer and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers is to; First, talk with the customer and get a good idea of the work them need and make sure this work is in my area of expertise. Second, would be to come out and look at the project. Make sure the customer and I are both on the same page. Third, would be to write up a quote and talk the customer through it and answer any questions. Fourth, finalize the quote, issues contracts, and acquire and permits if needed. Fifth, start the work and continue until completion. Sixth, walk the final project with the client confirming everything is done to their liking. Finally, bill out for the project and issues an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in my field is about 90% in field training and 10% class training.
