- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is an estimate based on the information you provide . I will give full price once the solution is valid .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet them and ask them about the issue they are having . Maybe ask them to point it out if it’s not obvious . Tell them what I have to do , complete job and clean up . Give them a copy of the receipt for materials/labor and check job with them or go over new operating steps of new equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A certificate of completion for Building maintenance . Recertification yearly through N.O.A.A.
