The Maintenance Man was very responsive and professional. He reached out right away after I submitted my request and was at my home within an hour to install a new water line for my refrigerator. The work was completed quickly and everything is functioning perfectly. The only issue was some confusion regarding the service fee. Before he arrived, the rate listed on his Thumbtack profile stated $75 per hour. However, after the job was completed and payment was made, he informed me that his actual rate was $175. When I showed him the $75 rate listed on Thumbtack, he acknowledged that the information on the site was incorrect. I hope he gets that updated on his profile to avoid confusion for future customers. Aside from that misunderstanding, he was professional, prompt, and did a great job. I would recommend him for the quality and speed of his work.

Ramone and his brother, Brandon, did an excellent job fixing up our new house. Over two days we had: two sinks, one shower, and one tub fixed, a loose corner of siding repaired, a non-functional wired doorbell removed and the wall patched and repainted, and a new electric car outlet installed in our garage. It was a delight to have every single one of our To Do list items done and done well.
