Just so very completely satisfied with Ramone Hardy. He responded to my search for handyman almost immediately that very same day within an hour maybe less. He showed up at my house and did exactly what I needed. It involved moving a very heavy A/C up my stairs, installing it and moving others around. Absolutely will use Ramone in any future needs that arise. He impressed me how strong he was, cuz that 1st A/C was about 100+#s, he can be on my side anytime. I have been trying to find someone for awhile, if I would have known contacting Thumbtack would result in such an immediate response, it would have been my very 1st choice, Thank you so much, now I can look forward to those hot & humid Cleveland summer days. Ramone is the best handyman/contractor I have ever hired! He is very professional and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job on my basement. He installed panelling, drylocked and painted floor and walls, and corrected electrical code violations. Showed up on time and finished the job quickly. I will definitely hire him again for all my properties. I highly recommend him!

The Maintenance Man was very responsive and professional. He reached out right away after I submitted my request and was at my home within an hour to install a new water line for my refrigerator. The work was completed quickly and everything is functioning perfectly. The only issue was some confusion regarding the service fee. Before he arrived, the rate listed on his Thumbtack profile stated $75 per hour. However, after the job was completed and payment was made, he informed me that his actual rate was $175. When I showed him the $75 rate listed on Thumbtack, he acknowledged that the information on the site was incorrect. I hope he gets that updated on his profile to avoid confusion for future customers. Aside from that misunderstanding, he was professional, prompt, and did a great job. I would recommend him for the quality and speed of his work.

I have used Ramone 2 times so far. I was very impressed with his work. He knows a little bit about everything, definitely a handyman. Thorough, Attentive, pleasant, and professional. Explained everything that needed to be done prior to and pointed out the things that were done after he got finish. He did a great job at my house! Definitely would hire him again.
