The Maintenance Man was very responsive and professional. He reached out right away after I submitted my request and was at my home within an hour to install a new water line for my refrigerator. The work was completed quickly and everything is functioning perfectly. The only issue was some confusion regarding the service fee. Before he arrived, the rate listed on his Thumbtack profile stated $75 per hour. However, after the job was completed and payment was made, he informed me that his actual rate was $175. When I showed him the $75 rate listed on Thumbtack, he acknowledged that the information on the site was incorrect. I hope he gets that updated on his profile to avoid confusion for future customers. Aside from that misunderstanding, he was professional, prompt, and did a great job. I would recommend him for the quality and speed of his work.

The best! Arrived on time, friendly & professional. Work was exceptional - completed in a timely manner, cleaned area after completed and took the time to familiarize us with the remote control for the fan. Would 100% recommend and absolutely plan to contact for service again!!

He showed up exactly on time and got straight to work. He knew exactly what he was doing and by taking a brief look was able to get all the tools he needed. He got the job done in a very timely manner and was very professional about it. My husband and I are very pleased with our new bathroom fan and switch to turn it on and off with. We would definitely hire him again. Plus, he charges reasonably for the work he does! Also, he is in such a high demand we really appreciated him fitting us into his busy schedule last minute!
