- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate you get is a fixed price, I will not bill you hourly. In the unlikely event a change to the price is required, it will be communicated immediately. I offer a 5% discount to first responders, nurses, active duty military and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to you regarding your inquiry, uncover your wants/needs and answer any questions you might have. You will then be given a proposal with a fixed price. Upon accepting, I will collect a deposit for materials (if applicable) and get you scheduled with a date and time that works best for you :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of experience doing everything from working on cars to rewiring my own home. There is almost nothing I cannot do, but when there is I will surely tell you to hire someone else :)
