Then we apply a new oil stain in a color of your choice; this includes natural, provincial, golden oak, as well as 30 other colors. After the stain, we put on three coats of Duraseal, a polyurethane coating that seals in the color and protects your floors for years to come. The entire process takes 3 to 5 days depending on the size of your home. Gentle Resurfacing We remove minor scratches and other types of damage. Our team lightly buffs the floor and then applies a single coat of polyurethane, allowing the natural beauty to once again shine. The process only takes a day to complete.
