Very respectful workers. I was nervous at first about having new people in my home. ive had 2 home cleans through Insignia and have never had a problem between them showing up on time or their work. Despite me messing my days up they made time for me and came today.

I booked this pro on November 19 for a job on 1/8/22 I was charged at the time of booking. No one showed up to clean my house. I tried reaching out via the phone number on the website but it said they could not receive any calls right now. I also tried to contact via the thumbtack app but have not heard back. I feel like I have been scammed. Why would Thumbtack recommend this company to me??

I thought I was going to get a better job they were very friendly but the job I paid for was not worth it walls still filthy and no one who would see this would recommend this company I did the part you see clean very disappointed for 350.00
