Alexei Pepple says, "This whole experience with Gene and Petstop invisible fence could not have gone smoother. My wife and I contacted three different companies before we decided to go with Petstop. The other companies were more expensive and offered less. We ended up going with the link collar package. It gives you a very nice training tool, including a led light on the collar. Also Gene is able to adjust your system from home. We committed on a Friday and the system was installed the following Thursday. Gene came out Saturday for about an hour to help train Toby. They do a gentle static to start and turn it up when Toby is use to the boundarys. It took us about a week and a half to put the leash away. Now Toby has the run of the yard. We called Gene a few times during this process after hours Saturday, Sunday. He returned calls within 10 minutes. Great company, even better representative. If youre thinking about getting the invisible fence call Gene!! Highly recommended!"See more
