I asked Kelvin for his help moving some boxes, for a disabled relative, from her apartment’s mailroom to her apartment. I live in a different area state so was making the arrangements long-distance. Initially, neither of us could contact her at the time he arrived at her apartment, but he stayed for quite a while so that I could contact her. I finally told him to leave, as I was unable to contact her. Several minutes later, and after he had already left the area, my cousin called Kelvin. She had fallen asleep. Kelvin drove back to my cousin’s place to help with the boxes and didn’t charge me extra for the inconvenience. I am very grateful!

These two gentlemen were amazing! They weren't there to chit chat with us they were there to do their job. And one thing I want to add that makes him outstanding is when I went in the front door at my daughter's house for the furniture was delivered too, I tripped and fell in the door. Kelvin put the dresser down walked over picked me up under my both arms and my feet off the floor and set me in the chair that's going beyond. That's why I call them both gentleman
