In 2016, when his family bought their first home and he revitalized the yard and garden, won a community home improvement award, and got multiple compliments from neighbors and community members, he decided to make it a business. In 2017, following in the footsteps of his grandparents and parents, who were builders/construction workers, realtors, teachers and pastors, Ron started Saddler Lawn Care Service LLC with the hopes to provide a better overall lawn care experience that both larger and smaller companies often cannot provide. Ron prides himself on his professionalism, communication, personalization, affordability and overall quality of work. After graduating from Miami University of Ohio, Ron’s career began as a Mortgage Credit Analyst with Bank of America before transitioning to a full-time teacher and coach.  During his 10 year teaching and coaching career, Ron taught History and coached Cross-County and Baseball. Today, he puts the same energy, passion, and care that he had for the youth into improving and maintaining other people’s yards.  When he’s not doing yards, you can find Ron substitute teaching, volunteer coaching, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, roaming the aisles of local hardware stores, and spending time with family.
