FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give all of my potential customers the same reasonable price whether or not they have a small lot or up to an acre that needs to be cut. I also let them know that I am reliable, friendly, and that I take pride in my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always listen to what services they want performed and how often. Once we are agreed on the above I then want us to agree on a price & frequency. After the 2 items above are agreed upon, I only need a start date on the frequency and then that concludes our contract. I will leave an invoice after every cut and payment arrangement is expected within the following 3 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for RTA for a total of 25 years, my first 14 years were spent in the maintenance of grounds-upkeep and building repairs and replacements. My last 11 years with RTA were in the management field of overseeing those tasks done at various facilities. With these experiences & qualifications, they give me the aspect of both doing the work properly and ensuring that the work was done properly.
