Marche was a GOD send had been trying to find someone to pamper my fur babies (Duke and Duchess) impossible to have someone come to my neighborhood. I am not alone in finding someone to pamper and care for our babies. Marche responded to my project request and was able to easily communicate by text, she was running late but text was sent to inform me. My babies smell good, look good and are not anxious or hyper after the appointment. Have already scheduled for next appointment, glad she is offering a much needed service. All fur mommies LOVE our babies no matter where we live!

After communicating with Marche on Monday (2/12) and Tuesday (2/13) to find out more about the services offered and her availability, she stopped responding which is quite disappointing. This behavior is a sign of poor customer service and business practices. I will go elsewhere with my business.

We have excellent business practice and customer service. However my daughter is in the hospital which prompted all future business to be put on hold. With you not having an appointment there was no reason to reach out to you in such a crucial and scary time for me. I sincerely apologize for the delay in response .
