Honest Review – Room for Improvement
I always aim to be honest in my reviews, and this one is no exception.
I needed last-minute help with a move (within 24 hours), and this company responded very quickly, which I truly appreciated. I was moving from a 4th-floor unit and only needed assistance carrying items down the stairs. We booked them for a two-hour window.
While I appreciate their willingness to assist on such short notice, I did notice the movers struggled with the physical demands of the job. They didn't appear to be in the best shape for this type of work, which slowed the process, and my partner and I had to step in to help keep things moving.
Unfortunately, a few of my items were damaged during the move, including a custom upholstered chair with a broken leg—an item that cost $3,000. While I chose to remain calm and focused on completing the move, I was disappointed that no offer was made to take responsibility for the damage. Additionally, some bags were handled hastily and ended up torn.
If you're considering hiring them, I would strongly recommend verifying that they carry proper insurance and asking in advance what their policy is regarding damaged items.
That said, I do believe in giving newer companies the opportunity to learn and grow. There’s potential here, but I also feel there’s room for improvement in professionalism, care, and business ethics. At this time, I wouldn’t personally hire them again, but I do wish them the best as they continue to develop their business.

Wow that's a pretty interesting review. I truly don't understand the reason for such a negative review. I heard zero mention of any broken leg or anything negative while doing this job. Kinda disappointed with review. But you are right we were beat after going up 4 flights of stairs 20 times carrying heavy items and bags. And the job was actually 3 hours and 17 minutes. If we broke anything i truly am sorry but i wholeheartedly doubt that there was anything broken because of us. How can you have been waiting for me to say something about a broken leg that was never even brought to our attention. I really thought we did a good job. This review is mind boggling. It's like you're trying to sabotage the many opportunities on this site. I can't wait to show my helper to see what he says. Especially after the care we put into the move. Hopefully we both have better experiences next time. I pray that you 2 fellas find happiness in your new dwellings.
