- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Q Assistant's flat rate for the notarization of documents is 5 dollars. Our flat rate does not include miles traveled to your location . (Please see below travel rates). What are your fees for services? Notarization of Document: $5 Travel Fee: 5 miles or less $35 5-10 miles $40 10 -20 miles $45 20-30 miles $50 and 30-40 $65 Other services available and often required: Document Scan Back Fee (1-25 pages) – $20.00 Normally related to a real estate transaction. Document Scan Back Fee (26-50 pages) – $35.00 Normally related to a real estate transaction. Document Package Drop Off Fee – $35.00 Travel and delivery of completed document package to a FedEx Shipping Center or UPS Store.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer same-day service depending on our schedule. Some locations that we can complete notarizations: Homes Business Offices Nursing Homes Assisted Living Centers Hospitals Hotels Coffee Houses Doctor's Office and more We strive to respond to our potential customers the same day of their inquiry. We confirm via message and we call our customers to confirm the appointment the morning of the appointment, unless the appointment is same day.
