I am an ordained minister and notary signing agent in the Cleveland, Ohio area. I will work with couples to create their ideal dream wedding. I am Loan Signing System certified and NNA certified. I am fully commissioned and insured with 300,000 E & O insurance. I will make sure all documents are filled out completely with no missing stamps, signatures, initials, or dates . I know how to package loan docs, so escrow does not have to. I make sure documents are back as quickly as possible- Same day if I can. I know how to fill out Power of Attorney, Notice of Right to Cancel, and 1003 documents. I will be happy to travel to where my services are needed. The counties that I am willing to travel to are as follows; Ashland, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, and Summit. I will make sure you are 100% satisfied.

When a customer reaches out to me I try to respond quickly, as to not leave them wondering. If I am available to make an appointment with the customer at a time and location that works best for them.
