- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is making them as comfortable as I can because moving can be a stresser. I also encourage them to ask any questions or voice any concerns. I point out if needed as to why I move certain pieces a certain way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the moving industry for twelve years. I have moved things such as household items to expensive medical equipment,office buildings,and even churches. I don't come across to many items that I haven't already experienced moving,in my twelve years I have seen and moved just about anything you can think of.
