- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 to $60 per session dependent on how many times a week you commit to training and whether sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length. How many times a week, session length and price per session will be determined based upon needs and current fitness levels during the assessment process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that each person is unique. We all have personal goals and specific needs. You can expect your first session to be an assessment of health, current fitness levels such as body composition, cardiovascular endurance tests, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and posture. You will be evaluated and observed in each of these areas. After the evaluation your results will be explained to you based upon your gender and age group. I will explain to you where your current fitness levels stand and where you need to be to improve them to the next level. A brief explanation on how I will help you with these improvement and what will be expected of you to see improvements. Goals for each area are set and plan is put in place. Pricing and package options will also be discussed. Once you decide to move forward with Personal Training services you will be given a road map to success.
