Gracia has been my personal trainer for going on 2.5 years and I have nothing but praise for the job she has done. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and when I came to Gracia I had no idea how to start on this weight loss journey. She jumped right in and pushed me to realize that I could accomplish a lot more than I ever thought I could. She not only trained with me weekly but took the time to develop a training program I could do on my own. Since starting with Gracia I have not only lost 40 lbs. but have built my strength and endurance tremendously. Never in a million years did I think I would be ever be able to run 3 miles, do a sit-up or lift more than a 10 lb. weight. She took the time to mentor me into realizing that one is not just following an exercise program but making a life style change. I would recommend her to anyone!

Gracia was my trainer for almost three years. She helped me lose twenty pounds and become more flexible in the process. I'm in my late sixties, with shoulder issues, which she was also able to help with- like having a PT too. I highly recommend Gracia for clients of ALL ages.

Gracia is very motivating. She pushes you to be successful in your workouts. She is easy to talk to and is willing to help you as much as she can. Because of her help I was able to loose 50lbs. But do to some illness I gained the wait back and she is helping get back on track with loosing weight and getting back into shape. I trust her and would not go to anyone else.
