FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are paying not only for the finished pictures, but for your photographers time, expertise, knowledge, and back end work like editing and session prep. Your finished photos are my art, and because they are timeless, you want to be sure they are handled with the expertise and love of a dedicated professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial inquiry, I generally communicate via text or email. I also like to schedule a short phone call so we can chat about their needs and what they're looking for as well! After that communication, if the client wants to schedule the session, I will officially add them to my schedule by sending over a contract and invoice. It's really that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ursuline College in 2010 with a major in Studio Arts. I have taken several online courses for photography in recent years, with Michelle McKay's Telling Stories and Making Meaning course that really kickstarted my deep love for lifestyle photography. I recently invested again into my photography education by completing Elena S. Blair's Photography Mastermind program, and learned so much.
