FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, LISTEN! Understand what the client needs. We work with clients of all different needs and from all around the world. We can meet in person or schedule an on-boarding call with our staff to fulfill your management needs as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After a couple of decades working at an asset management company and the last several as an investment portfolio manager, many of the skills are the same. I've just switched from managing stocks and bonds to managing portfolios of real estate assets. The goals are the same as well - to maximize the return on investment while providing peace of mind through consistent service! Additionally, having the resources of a national brand, where owners can contact each other like family for advice is like having a deep, experienced bench to draw from.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a property management company that values communication. Your rental portfolio can easily be one of your biggest investments and I cannot stress how important it is that you be able to communicate with your property manager.
